Our Story

40 Years of Margate Mornings

Lilly's Bread Bin opened its doors in 1984, when Marine Drive was quieter and the doughnuts were already famous. Four decades later, it's still the same corner, the same ovens, and the same queue before long weekends.

1984

Lilly's starts as a small hot bread shop on Marine Drive.
